I ordered this Malabrigo yarn on-line and, on first sight, it was too stripey for my taste and far from subtle. Now that I am knitting up a Purl Ridge cowl, it completely amuses me. Soft and a little furry to hold, the yarn surprises me with greeny-yellow color changes that have the goofy charm of a child's toy. This is too much fun, as I noodle away my days in a San Antonio motel room.
